Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate the cancellation of your subscription and the request for a refund. Please review our cancellation and refund policy outlined below:

  1. Cancellation Policy:

    • Clients may cancel their subscription to our SaaS solutions at any time.
    • To initiate the cancellation process, clients must submit a formal cancellation request through our designated channels, which may include contacting our customer support team or accessing the cancellation option within their account dashboard.
    • Upon receiving a cancellation request, the subscription will be terminated, and access to the SaaS solutions will cease at the end of the current billing cycle.
    • No further charges will be incurred after the cancellation has been processed.
    • Clients will retain access to their account and data until the end of the billing cycle, after which their account will be deactivated.
  2. Refund Policy:

    • Growth Sparrow Consulting offers a satisfaction guarantee, allowing clients to request a refund within 15 days of initiating their subscription and applies for the first subscription only.
    • Refund requests must be made in writing and submitted through our designated channels.
    • If a customer seeks a refund , we shall process the same within 7 working days of receiving a valid refund request.
    • After the refund is issued, access to the SaaS solutions will be revoked, and the client’s account will be deactivated.
    • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial purchase unless otherwise specified by the client.
    • Please note that refunds will not be provided for subscription periods that have already elapsed.
  3. Exceptional Circumstances:

    • Growth Sparrow Consulting reserves the right to make exceptions to this cancellation and refund policy in exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing access to our services or other extenuating circumstances.
    • Any exceptions granted will be at the sole discretion of Growth Sparrow Consulting and will be communicated to the client in writing.

By subscribing to our SaaS solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation and refund policy.
